PCPI Building Services Chooses Milestone Marketing Associates

SARASOTA, Florida (December 20, 2011) – Milestone Marketing Associates, Inc. announced it has agreed to provide marketing and creative services to PCPI Building Services, an Oviedo, FL-based insurance restoration company specializing in post-disaster construction and building rehabilitation services.

“PCPI is a growing Central Florida company that is expanding into the Sarasota market,” says Milestone founder and president Matthew Anderson. “We relish the marketing challenges that come with a growing client, and look forward to providing PCPI with marketing that surpasses their expectations.”

Founded as a full-service construction firm, PCPI has recently begun to concentrate on services such as mold removal, repairing water damage, and post-fire renovation and reconstruction. This shift in focus meant that the company's marketing materials would also have to be updated, says Shaun St. Dennis, CFO of PCPI. In addition, PCPI opened an office in Sarasota in June of 2011, and there are plans for a Tampa office in the works as well.

“We first looked at Milestone based on a recommendation, but once we started talking to Matthew we were impressed by Milestone's experience in the construction industry,” says St. Dennis, referring to the fact that Anderson and several Milestone associates formerly worked for Sarasota company Quest Solutions. “That, combined with their creative approach to marketing, made for a straightforward choice.”

Milestone will be redesigning PCPI's website and some collateral materials, including their corporate brochure.
